Commemorating the Victims of the Holocaust Today: Key Topics and the Need for Change Webinar
The webinar will take place on June 27, 2023 as part of the "Young People reflect about Holocaust and Second World War" project, which is held by the Kyiv educational center “Tolerspace” in partnership with the Ukrainian Center for Holocaust Studies with the support of the EVZ Foundation
We will continue the conversation about changes in traditional approaches to commemorating the victims of the Holocaust as a result of russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.
This time we will pay special attention to discussing new commemorative trends.
- How is our vocabulary changing?
- What topics are gaining special importance and relevance?
- ow to identify new manipulations or outdated clichés and abandon them?
- What forms of commemorative events should change and how?
We very much hope to find answers to these questions together.
The webinar is held by:
