Continuation of the project “Teaching Materials against discrimination, anti-Semitism and xenophobia”, October – November 2014
All-European educational project (comprising 16 countries including Ukraine) founded in 2005 by Anne Frank House and OSCE/ODIHR is back to Ukraine. Within the mentioned project three parts of the Teaching Materials against discrimination, anti-Semitism and xenophobia for students and a teacher’s guide were published back in 2009.
In 2014 owing to the grant from EVZ Foundation there appeared a possibility to hold the seminars in remaining oblast centers. According to the plan, this year the seminars will take place in Zaporizhzhya, Kirovograd and Sumy. In each case the seminars will be held in cooperation with local departments of education and/or in-service teacher training establishments.

NGO “Mnemonic” presented an audio film about the Holocaust in Rivne
During the presentation of the audio film Echoes of Sosonky, created by the NGO Mnemonic, visitors heard the story of the tragic events that took place in Rivne in early November 1941. The project is supported by the EVZ Foundation.
