On 11 April 2025, the Hryhorii Aheiev Folk Drama Theatre and the Bu-Bu-Bu Children's Theatre Studio premiered a performance in Chernivtsi based on the graphic novel Hide and Seek with Death. Children Stories about Non-Children History, written by the team of authors: Anna Yamchuk, Mykola Kushnir, Anna Tarnovetska and Nataliia Gerasym.
The play is based on the true stories of four Holocaust survivors who lived through the horrors of World War II as children in Chernivtsi.
