Meeting on the Development of Civic Education in Ukraine

On 2 November 2025, a strategic meeting on challenges and prospects in the field of civic education was held, organised by our partners, the NGO Open University of Maidan.

The first stage of discussions among teachers of courses on the vumonline.ua platform took place at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School to develop ideas for strategic educational products that would help society and the state successfully overcome challenges in the next 10 years and promote genuine European integration not only at the level of formal compliance with requirements, but also at the level of fundamental transformations in society. Olga Limonova, co-author and lecturer of the online course ‘How to talk about the Holocaust with schoolchildren?’ joined the discussion on behalf of the Ukrainian Centre for for Holocaust Studies.

TOLI Impact Grants 2024–2025: International Report Published

The Ukrainian Center for Holocaust Studies warmly congratulates the teachers who implemented projects during the 2024-2025 academic year within the framework of the TOLI Impact Grants. Altogether, 168 educators from across Europe took part in this transformative process, bringing Holocaust and human rights education into their classrooms.
