Unveiling of the Stumbling Stone in honour of Petro Chetverykov
📍 25a Beresteyskyi Avenue (near the T. H. Shevchenko Central Library for Children)
A ceremony will be held to install a Stumbling Stone in honour of Petro Chetverykov, a Righteous Among the Nations of Babyn Yar and a symbol of courage and humanity. This is the first of four stones that will be unveiled this autumn as part of the project One Stone, One Life: 80 Stumbling Stones for Kyiv.
During September and October, three more Stones will be installed in the capital, and research work will begin on six new biographies.
👥 Residents of the district, students, KPI teachers, librarians, guides, history teachers and anyone interested in the history of the city are invited to participate.

The project is implemented by the German Embassy in Kyiv, UCHS, the NGO Space of Tolerance and the Kyiv City State Administration.
